Hello and excuse my poor english
I had an error on the step 2 of the migration process, and now my password keeps being rejected. I tried to recoverit from the account management page, the "forgotten your username" gets me a mail from turbine, while "forgotten your password" gives me none, and this from 02.06. The error I had was that when I pressed "submit", it gave me a website maintenance screen, but when I tried to resume the process, it said migration underway. With another char I can see my characters on evernight server, so I assume the migration went well, except the fact that I can't access my account due to that error on step 2.
What I want is someone that can help me either by manually changing my password in something and mailing me the login data, or force the system to send the password reset form. Or some advice on what to do, I have Ticket #24001-71793 submitted but no answer.
Help and thanks, now is been like 9 days until the migration and still unable to login, time is running out on subscription and no way to renew it if I can't access my account.
