So, I know that some quest packs include instances/skirmishes (like helegrod with Misty Mountains). And I know that update 3 will bring some new skirmishes/instances. My question is, if I am F2P, but have purchased the Forochel quest pack, will I get access to the new Icy Crevasse skirmish? I'm assuming here that it's part of the Forochel zone, and not the Evendim zone (it isn't 100% clear from the description).
