I'm using the exact login information I use to login to the game and the forum.
There's nothing wrong with my card or my banking details (or my bank)...I put the info in exactly and I know it's working because I bought 1600 turbine points 3 days ago.
I put my card information in carefully and three times now and I've gotten this message:
* The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]
* The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error; we apologize for the inconvenience. If this problem persists, or resulted in any issues in your account, please contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: -2]
Upon browsing the forum...looks like I'm not the only person experiencing this.
Is there a fix?
Edit: I've followed the steps from http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.p...national-Cards and still not working, same error message.
My account is currently Premium and I'm clicking on the UPGRADE NOW button (which is the only one available)
I don't understand why this issue seems to be so complex...
