My specs are, AMD 64x2 2.7ghz, 9800gt card, 4GB ram, Vista home 32 bit. My graphics drivers are up to date, I get around 35 fps in zones near Bree city, my latency is low in game so my internet is not the problem. I come from years of playing WoW so I'm very used to the smooth game play of that game. I notice many other people have this problem as well. The game is not so smooth, it is choppy/stuttering when traveling, not very choppy but its not that smooth. Is the game just built to play like this? Or should it be running as smooth as WoW?

What do you guys suggest my settings should be, Medium,High,Very High or Ultra? Should I use dx9 or dx10? Thanks a lot.
