I know that the expert quest got removed but I have the quest item for the scholar expert quest and I can't finish it because I can't speak with the NPC.
Now I'm stuck on 360/360 on my expert scholar and it doesn't move to the next level.
Trying to reach somebody that can help but it's just like they're hiding.
