Right now, AD is second only to Common in terms of uselessness. Its effective vs Dragon-kind and Cave Claws...the former is rare to find, situational at best when hunting Gwibers, maybe. The latter is restricted, really, only to a few areas of Moria.

Beleriand gets bonuses vs Half-orcs (found widely), Spiders and Insects (found widely), Ancient Evil (found widely), and Nameless (only in Moria). Westernesse gets bonuses vs Dead and the Unseen, which arent found as widely but are usually the sole occupant where they are found. For Hunters, they also can opt for Fire (beasts and natural creatures) or Light (orc- and troll-kind).

I suggest that some big improvements be made to AD damage, and some smaller ones to Westernesse. My choice would be to add an AD weakness to Orc-kind (goblins have always been the natural nemesis of Dwarves) and maybe Troll and/or Giant-kind (also often in conflict with the Dwarves), and a Westernesse weakness to Brigands and Evil Men. Both those are widely found, and comparable to Beleriand's myriad useful weaknesses. They also make sense lore-wise.
